One clear process

From request to a weekly hiring pipeline

You define the need. We launch, vet, and deliver. Your team chooses who moves forward.

1

Request and fit review

Tell us your states, product lines, headcount, and timing. We review qualified requests within one business day and confirm whether we fit.

2

Discovery and launch

We align with your hiring team on criteria, compensation, culture, expectations, and onboarding. Once the service agreement is signed, the campaign goes live.

3

Vetted agents arrive weekly

We send profiles matched to your states and products—typically 10–20 a week on Standard or 15–25 on Priority. Each is license-verified, certification-confirmed, release-checked, and human-screened.

4

Present, choose, and track

Each Wednesday, present your opportunity to the group. Interested agents opt in—no cold outreach. Track Hired, Declined, Not Qualified, or No Response in a shared Google Sheet while weekly delivery continues toward your goal.

What each profile shows

License and certification status, release status, licensed states, product lines, work preference, and human-screen result. Full name, NPN, and contact details are shared after you confirm interest. See the vetting standard →

Straightforward pricing

$150 recruiting fee / agent / week

Standard is billed per contracted agent, with no charge when no agent is active. Priority uses a weekly retainer for higher volume. Your good faith deposit is credited toward your first agents; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Why speed matters

Priority Access

With a deep pipeline of licensed, vetted agents built across every major market, demand for Priority access has never been higher. The agency that reaches a good candidate first is the agency that hires them.

Priority carries a weekly retainer and delivers 15–25 agents per week. We work your campaign before everyone else in the queue — designed for agencies that need higher weekly candidate volume and faster placement. Priority campaigns are moved to the front of the pipeline each week.

Standard requests are worked in the order they come in. Priority requests jump the queue — same vetting, same process, just faster access and a guaranteed quality floor.

Questions agencies ask

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

We charge a per-agent, per-week recruiting fee. Standard tier pricing applies to new campaigns, and Priority access is available at a higher rate. To get your campaign started we ask for a small good faith deposit, which is applied directly as credit toward your first agents, so your first few hires are covered before you pay a dollar more. No cost to agents, ever. No long-term commitment, scale up or down as your needs change.

How are your agents vetted?

Every agent clears four checks before you see them: license verified through NIPR or the state DOI, AHIP certification confirmed for the plan year, release status checked so they're free to contract, and a human screening conversation about their states, production, and goals.

Do you only place agents in Florida?

No, we recruit and place vetted Medicare and health insurance agents in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Tell us the states you need covered and we'll match agents to them.

Do you also offer Medicare calls or leads?

Yes. Medicare calls and leads are offered as a separate service. Visit our calls & leads page for details.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment. The service runs weekly and you can scale up or down, or pause, as your hiring needs change.

How quickly does staffing start?

Most agencies receive their first group within one to two weeks of signing. See the four-step staffing process.

Can I hire only one agent?

Yes. There's no minimum headcount. Whether you need one agent or a hundred, the process is the same, you tell us what you need and we staff to it.

Are agents exclusive to my agency?

No, agents in our pool are independent professionals who choose which agency to contract with. We present your opportunity to pre-screened candidates and let them opt in. You compete on your compensation, culture, and offer, the same as any platform, except every person you talk to is already vetted.

What states do you recruit in?

All 50 states and Washington, D.C. Tell us which states you need covered and we match agents licensed in those states.

What if I don't hire anyone?

No contracted agent, no charge. You only pay the weekly fee for agents you've contracted and brought on. If the profiles we present aren't the right fit, we keep working your campaign until we find ones who are.

What's the difference between Standard and Priority?

Both go through the same vetting, license, AHIP, and release checks. Priority carries a weekly retainer and delivers 15–25 agents per week — worked before the standard queue with dedicated pipeline priority for higher weekly throughput. Standard is worked in the order received at the standard per-agent rate.

Jeff, Founder of Amerance Health

Founder

Meet Jeff

I started Amerance Health because I kept watching agencies waste months trying to recruit agents from job boards, interviewing people who weren't licensed, weren't AHIP-certified, or were still under contract elsewhere. With a background in health insurance agent contracting and field recruiting across Medicare, ACA, and life lines, I built the vetting process from the ground up.

We personally interview every candidate before introducing them to an agency. That's not automated. That's me and my team, on the phone, making sure the person you're about to meet is actually worth your time.
