About us
We vet the agents. You hire with confidence.
Amerance Health Insurance Group is a Medicare agent recruiting and placement service built on one principle: agencies deserve candidates who are truly ready to contract and write business — not just names from a résumé pile.
What we do
We source, screen, and present licensed Medicare and health insurance agents to agencies that are actively looking to grow. Every agent we present has cleared four checks: license verified through NIPR or the state DOI, AHIP certification confirmed for the current plan year, release status confirmed so they're free to contract, and a human screening conversation about their production, states, and goals.
Our model is straightforward. Agencies pay a flat placement fee per placed agent — only when a match is confirmed and the agent is ready to contract. There are no monthly retainers, no subscriptions, and no upfront costs. If you're planning ahead for AEP, our guide on how to hire licensed Medicare agents before AEP walks through the timeline in detail.
Agents apply at no charge. We review their credentials, screen them, and add them to a pool that agencies can draw from when they're hiring.
Why it works
Most recruiting services flood agencies with unvetted résumés. We do the opposite. Our pool is kept small and current — only agents who are licensed in the states the agency needs, AHIP-certified for the plan year, and free to contract without a release fight. This matters especially for agencies recruiting independent Medicare agents who are typically harder to source and more selective about where they contract.
The flat-fee model removes the typical conflict of interest. We don't earn more by filling a role faster with a weaker candidate. We earn by making a match that holds — which is why placements come with a 30-day replacement guarantee if something in our vetting process turns out to be inaccurate.
We operate nationally. Agencies and agents in every U.S. state and D.C. are welcome. We also work with agencies building remote and telesales Medicare teams and with FMOs and IMOs growing their producing downlines.
Our approach
Built around what actually matters
Three principles that shape every placement we make.
Verified, not assumed
We check licenses through NIPR and state DOIs directly. AHIP certification is confirmed for the current plan year. Release status is verified before we ever present an agent. Nothing is taken at face value.
Flat fee, no games
Flat placement fee — contact us for the rate. No retainer, no subscription, no percentage of commission. Agencies get the exact number before any candidate is presented, and they only pay when a real match is made.
Backed by a guarantee
Every placement is backed by a 30-day replacement guarantee. If something in our vetting process turns out to be inaccurate, we find a replacement at no additional charge.
The founder
Our Founder
Amerance Health was built to solve a problem that kept coming up in the Medicare insurance space: agencies struggling to find agents who were actually ready to contract, and agents who were ready being overlooked because they didn't know the right people.
The approach is hands-on and credential-first. Every agent that goes through the Amerance process speaks with our team directly. There's no algorithm deciding who makes the pool — it's a real conversation about states, production history, carrier relationships, and what the agent is actually looking for.
Amerance operates out of Florida and places agents with agencies across the United States. Inquiries from both agencies and agents are always welcome.
