Why agents choose us
Stop cold-applying.
Start getting found.
Job boards don't work for insurance agents. We maintain relationships with the agencies that are actively staffing, and we put your profile in front of them directly.
Chargeback status checked
We review your chargeback and vesting status with your current or prior carrier before any agency introduction — protecting you and the agency.
License verified through NIPR
We confirm your life license in every state you claim before presenting your profile to any agency.
Field and phone roles
Traditional door-to-door, phone-based telesales, and hybrid final expense operations. We match to your preferred model.
Matched by state
Your profile goes only to agencies hiring in your licensed states — no wasted time on bad-fit interviews.
Always free for agents
Agencies pay Amerance. You pay nothing to apply, be matched, or get placed — not at application, not ever.
One profile, many agencies
Submit once and stay in our active pool. As new final expense agencies join our network, your profile is matched automatically.

You contract directly with the agency on your own terms. We're available to help smooth anything post-placement.
Common questions
What final expense agents ask us most
What license do I need to sell final expense?
A life insurance license (2-15 in most states) is required. Final expense is a simplified-issue life product, so a health license is not required unless the agency also writes Medicare products.
What does 'free to contract' mean for final expense agents?
Final expense carriers often have chargeback periods and exclusive FMO agreements. 'Free to contract' means your chargebacks are cleared, you've completed any vesting requirements, and you can write with a new organization without legal or financial conflicts from your prior carrier.
Are these door-to-door field roles or can I work remotely?
Both. Some agencies run traditional field models; others have built phone-based final expense operations. We match based on your preference and the agency's structure.
Is Amerance free for final expense agents?
Yes, always. You pay nothing to apply, be matched, or get placed. Final expense agencies pay Amerance a placement fee only when they hire you.
