Are your ACA agents FFM-certified?
We confirm each agent's Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) registration for the current plan year, or a clear path to completing it, before presenting them to your agency.
OEP only or year-round?
Both. Some agencies need agents specifically for Open Enrollment Period (November–January); others hire year-round for Special Enrollment Period and Medicaid transition work. We match based on your staffing model and the agents' availability.
