Medicare Advantage Agent Recruiting — FAQ

What makes a Medicare Advantage agent different to recruit?

MA agents must carry current AHIP certification, an active license in each state they'll write, and eligibility for carrier appointment. Vetting all three before you interview — rather than after — is what separates a real MA recruiting pipeline from a job board where most candidates can't actually get appointed.

How quickly can you find Medicare Advantage agents?

Most agencies receive vetted MA agent profiles within a few business days of submitting a request. We maintain an active pipeline year-round, not just during AEP, so you're not waiting on a cold search.

Do you recruit MA agents for captive or independent agencies?

Both. Tell us your contracting format — W-2, 1099, LOA, or fully independent — and we match agents who are open to and qualified for that structure.

Can you find MA agents licensed in multiple states?

Yes. Multi-state licensed agents are common in our pipeline. Specify the states you need and we'll prioritize agents already licensed there, or flag agents who are in the process of adding licenses.

What's the difference between a Medicare Advantage agent and a Medicare Supplement agent?

MA agents write Medicare Advantage plans (Part C), which require carrier appointment and AHIP. Med Supp agents write Medigap policies, which typically require only a health license and carrier appointment — no AHIP required. Many agents write both. If you need agents who cover both product lines, tell us and we'll screen for that.

Need Medicare Advantage agents ready to write?

Tell us your states, volume, and contracting format — we'll send vetted MA agent profiles.
