Medicare Agent Placement — Matched to Your Agency, Not Just Available
Placement isn't sending you a list of available agents. It's matching the right agent to your states, your contracting format, your comp structure, and your production expectations. Every agent we place has been screened for fit — not just cleared for compliance. You interview. You decide. You pay a flat placement fee when you hire — contact us for pricing.
Request matched agents →We ask the right questions — so the agents we send actually fit.
Tell us your criteria when you submit a request. Here's what we match against:
States needed
Target states for coverage. We confirm the agent holds active licenses in each one.
Product lines
Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, ACA, final expense. We match to what you actually sell.
Contracting format
LOA (agency owns the appointment), independent, captive. Agents know their preferred structure.
Remote or field
Telesales agents work from home with multi-state licenses. Field agents have local presence.
Experience level
Production history and years in Medicare. We screen for it and share it in the profile.
AHIP & compliance
Every placed agent is AHIP-certified for the current plan year. No compliance gaps at appointment.
Volume and timing
How many agents you need and on what timeline. Larger orders fulfilled in vetted cohorts.
30-day replacement, at no additional charge.
If a placed agent doesn't work out within the first 30 days for reasons within our vetting process — a license or AHIP status that was inaccurate, or a release status that was misrepresented — we'll find a replacement at no additional placement fee.
The guarantee reflects how confident we are in our vetting. Agents who clear all four checks — license, AHIP, release, and human screening — don't walk away after the first week. That's the entire point of doing the work upfront.

Common questions about Medicare agent placement
Am I obligated to hire anyone you send?
No. We send profiles and you decide who to interview. You're under no obligation to hire any candidate we match — the fee only applies when you choose to bring someone on. If the first round of matches isn't right, tell us and we'll refine the criteria.
What does a placement profile include?
Each profile includes the agent's NPN (National Producer Number), active states, lines of authority, AHIP confirmation, years of experience, product focus, contracting preference, and a summary from our screening conversation. Full contact information is shared once you indicate interest.
How is this different from an agent just applying to my agency?
When an agent applies directly, you've received a claim — about their license status, AHIP, and availability. With Amerance, those claims have been verified before you see the profile. The conversation you're starting is about fit, not about establishing basic eligibility.
Do you place agents for ACA or Medicare Supplement as well?
Yes — we place agents across all major health insurance product lines: Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, ACA/marketplace, and final expense. Tell us the products you need covered and we'll match accordingly.
