After you submit
What happens next
No black hole. Here's exactly what to expect after you request agents.
How Amerance Health agent staffing works
Nine clear steps from initial request to a steady weekly flow of qualified agents.
Agency applies
Submit your staffing request with the number of agents you're looking for and your hiring requirements.
Discovery call
We contact you to verify your needs, answer questions, and confirm we're the right fit.
Hiring team meeting
We meet with your hiring team to review your onboarding process, compensation, and what you'll present to prospective agents.
Service agreement
Once the agreement is signed, your staffing campaign begins.
Weekly agent delivery
We provide a steady flow of qualified agents each week — typically 10–20, or whatever volume is agreed upon.
Weekly group presentation
Every Wednesday, your agency presents its opportunity to a group of pre-screened agents — compensation, culture, expectations, and onboarding.
Agent selection
Interested agents indicate they want to move forward with your agency.
Hiring tracker
You receive a shared Google Sheet listing every referred agent. Update each disposition — Hired, Declined, Not Qualified, No Response — so everyone stays aligned.
Ongoing staffing
We continue supplying agents every week until you've reached your hiring goals.
Weekly staffing with no long-term commitment. Scale up or down as your hiring needs change.
Frequently asked questions
How does the staffing process work?
You submit a staffing request, we do a quick discovery call to confirm your needs, then schedule a hiring team meeting to cover your compensation and onboarding process. Once the service agreement is signed, your campaign goes live. From there, we deliver a vetted group of agents every week — typically 10–20 — and every Wednesday your agency presents its opportunity to that group. Interested agents indicate they want to move forward, and you track dispositions in a shared Google Sheet we set up for you.
How much does it cost?
$140 per active agent, per week. No long-term commitment — scale up or down as your hiring needs change.
How are your agents vetted?
Every agent clears four checks before you see them: license verified through NIPR or the state DOI, AHIP certification confirmed for the plan year, release status checked so they're free to contract, and a human screening conversation about their states, production, and goals.
Do you only place agents in Florida?
No — we recruit and place vetted Medicare and health insurance agents in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Tell us the states you need covered and we'll match agents to them.
Do you also offer Medicare calls or leads?
Yes — Medicare calls and leads are offered as a separate service. Visit our calls & leads page for details.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment. The service runs weekly and you can scale up or down — or pause — as your hiring needs change.
How quickly does staffing start?
Most agencies move from signed agreement to their first Wednesday group presentation within one to two weeks. The discovery call and hiring team meeting are the main scheduling steps — once those are done, you're in the weekly delivery cycle.
Can I hire only one agent?
Yes. There's no minimum headcount. Whether you need one agent or a hundred, the process is the same — you tell us what you need and we staff to it.
Are agents exclusive to my agency?
No — agents in our pool are independent professionals who choose which agency to contract with. We present your opportunity to pre-screened candidates and let them opt in. You compete on your compensation, culture, and offer — the same as any platform, except every person you talk to is already vetted.
What states do you recruit in?
All 50 states and Washington, D.C. Tell us which states you need covered and we match agents licensed in those states.
What if I don't hire anyone?
No hire, no charge. Our model is performance-based — you only pay for agents you actively bring on. If the agents we present aren't the right fit, we keep working your campaign until we find ones who are.
How quickly can you provide candidates?
Most agencies receive their first group of candidates within 1–2 weeks of signing the service agreement. The main steps are scheduling the discovery call and the hiring team meeting — once those are done, you're in the weekly delivery cycle.
Founder
Meet Jeff
I started Amerance Health because I kept watching agencies waste months trying to recruit agents from job boards — interviewing people who weren't licensed, weren't AHIP-certified, or were still under contract elsewhere.
We personally interview every candidate before introducing them to an agency. That's not automated. That's me and my team, on the phone, making sure the person you're about to meet is actually worth your time.
Also placing ACA agents
Fill the gap between Medicare seasons with ACA.
ACA Open Enrollment runs Nov 1–Jan 15 — right before Medicare AEP wraps. We place licensed, FFM-certified ACA agents using the same vetted process: release-checked, human-screened, and a flat placement fee when you hire — contact us for pricing.
