How Amerance Health Agent Staffing Works
From agency setup to hired agent — here's the complete process. Amerance Health pre-screens every agent, presents them to your agency as part of a weekly cohort, and tracks every hiring decision in a shared tracker so nothing gets lost.

Submit your agency request
Tell us your product lines (Medicare, ACA, limited medical), target states, comp structure, contracting format, and the volume of agents you need. The more specific you are, the tighter our screening criteria.
Takes about 5 minutesSign the service agreement
A short service agreement covering pricing, disposition tracking expectations, and the 30-day replacement guarantee. No long-term volume commitments — the agreement is for the ongoing relationship, not a minimum hire count.
Simple DocuSign agreementWe present your agency to weekly agent groups
Every week, Amerance Health holds sessions with cohorts of pre-screened agents. Your agency's opportunity — comp, states, structure, culture — is presented to agents whose profile matches what you're looking for.
New cohort every weekInterested agents appear in your hiring tracker
Agents who want to learn more about your agency are added to your shared hiring tracker. You see their cleared profile — license verified, AHIP confirmed, release checked — and decide who to interview.
Shared Google Sheet trackerYou interview and decide who to hire
Interview whoever looks right. You're under no obligation to hire anyone. You choose the agents that fit your agency — we just make sure the ones you're looking at are actually cleared to start.
No minimum hires requiredLog your disposition in the tracker
After each interview, log the outcome — hired, declined, or pending — in the shared tracker. This keeps the weekly pipeline organized and helps us refine which agents we surface for your agency going forward.
Takes 10 seconds per candidateYour pipeline stays active every week
Hiring doesn't stop after your first placement. A fresh cohort of agents is presented to your agency every week, so your pipeline is always moving — especially critical in the lead-up to AEP and OEP.

Questions about how the process works
How long does the whole process take — from request to hired agent?
Most agencies receive their first group of interested agent profiles within a few business days of completing their service agreement. The interview and contracting timeline depends on your agency's process, but many agencies complete their first hire within 1–2 weeks of going live in the weekly cohort presentations.
Do I have to hire every agent who expresses interest?
No — you're under no obligation to hire anyone. Agents in your tracker are people who want to learn more about your agency. You interview whoever looks promising and hire only the ones who actually fit.
What is the 30-day replacement guarantee?
If an agent we placed doesn't work out within 30 days for reasons within our vetting process — a credential issue we should have caught, or a significant misrepresentation on their profile — we find a replacement at no additional fee. See the guarantee page for full terms.
What does the disposition tracker look like?
It's a shared Google Sheet with one row per candidate. You see the agent's profile details, interview date, and a drop-down for the outcome — hired, declined, or pending more info. It takes about 10 seconds to update after each interaction.
Can agents apply if they're not currently looking for work?
Yes — agents can apply now and be placed in the pipeline to be presented when the timing is right. We hold your profile and surface it to agencies whose criteria match when you indicate you're ready to move.
