What we verify before your profile reaches any agency

Every agent is screened. Agencies see only cleared profiles.

01

Life license — NIPR verified

We confirm your state life insurance license is active in every state you want to work. No self-reporting.

02

E&O confirmed

Errors & omissions coverage verified — agencies want proof before contracting, so we handle it upfront.

03

Release status

We confirm you're free to contract — no surprise non-compete or hold period discovered after an offer is made.

04

A real conversation

We talk through your product experience, states, production history, and what kind of agency you're actually looking for.

Common questions

Life insurance agent job questions

What life insurance agent jobs are available?

Agencies in our network hire for term life sales, whole life and IUL roles, final expense (field and phone), and dual life/health positions. Both remote and field positions are available depending on the agency's setup.

Do I need a life insurance license to apply?

Yes — an active state life insurance license is required. If you're not yet licensed, you'll need to obtain your license before we can present your profile to agencies. We're happy to point you toward licensing resources if needed.

Can I work remotely as a life insurance agent?

Yes. Many agencies in our network offer fully remote life insurance positions — particularly for term life telesales and phone-based final expense. Remote roles typically require an active license in the states you'll serve and a quiet workspace for client calls.

Are there 1099 life insurance agent opportunities?

Yes — the majority of life insurance agent positions are 1099 commission-based. Some agencies also offer W-2 or salary-plus-commission structures. Tell us your preference when you apply and we'll filter for matching agencies.

I'm already contracted with an IMO — can I still apply?

Yes, but we'll verify your release status first. If your current IMO has a non-compete or hold period, we'll work with you on timing. We only present profiles to agencies when you can actually move — no surprises for either side.

Do I need E&O insurance?

Most life insurance agencies require E&O coverage before contracting. We verify your E&O status as part of our screening process, or confirm you have a clear path to getting it before placing you with an agency.
